　Order method

　About the method of ordering the commodity

The customer who hopes for the direct sale must see "Direct sale".
The customer who hopes for the auction must see "Auction".

　About the payment method

We accept credit card (VISA MASTER JCB) and IPMO(international postal money order). When you select credit card, please move onto our order page. You will be asked your credit card information. When you send IPMO, please let us know. *IPMO---United States International Postal Money Order (pink slip). These are the internationl postal money orders you can buy at the post offices. We cannot accept bank money orders or checks.

　About the delivery

After the purchase of the commodity is decided, it delivers it according to the following procedures.

If you can input a necessary matter to "Direct Sale form" for the customer, please input "Item number" of the bought kimono, and click "Temporary order button". The fare is calculated by the automatic operation, and the mail of "Confirmation page" (URL on the web page) that hears the confirmation of the manner of payment (It is possible to select it from the credit card and IPMO) is sent.

"Login ID and password" is necessary to log in "Confirmation page". "Login ID" is a mail address of the customer who used it when temporarily ordering. "Password" has been described to the mail sent to the customer.

　About the carriage

Please bear the following transportation fee to the carriage according to the region and weight.

　About returned and the exchange

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible. We will not make the necessary credit transaction until seven days after we ship your product. Once this transaction is made, however, you will not be able to return your item. If you choose to cancel your transaction, you will still be charged for the shipping and handling fee.

ExchangePolicy
We cannot exchange any products you've bought in any circumstance. Sorry.
