Preservation

For every antique kimono at i-kimono, a Mekiki evaluates its quality and gives a star rating from zero to ten.
Every kimono starts with 100 points and points are then deducted using the nine tests below.
The resulting points determine the number of stars a kimono receives.




100-91 Points 10 stars
90-81 Points 9 stars
80-71 Points 8 stars
70-61 Points 7 stars
60-51 Points 6 stars
50-41 Points 5 stars
40-31 Points 4 stars
30-21 Points 3 stars
20-11 Points 2 stars
